Nicole Clark (boss lady at Alfies) has a BA(hons) in Graphic Design and ten years experience under her belt (the current favourite is a wide patent red leather number that has a bow on the front and goes very well with her black Anglomania dress that she calls Viv). She is the main driving force behind Alfies with the good ideas and knack for interpreting a theme in a new and unusual way.
Alfies has helpers but they are kept top secret to prevent them being stolen!
At Alfies we are all about conversation, between ourselves and you and between you and your friends and guests. We believe in taking the time to write to someone and asking "how do you do?" or just saying "hello". We also think that "how do you do?" is a good start to a successful working partnership with any client. We like to create designs that are relevant to you and can only do that by getting to know a little bit about you.
Alfies is home to a growing collection of “off the peg” invitations, greeting cards, notelets, stationery and graphic prints. We also do couture which is to say that we size you up (and say words like fabulous and darling a lot) and create something exquisite just for you.
We like making people smile and there is no better feeling than getting a phone call or email from a client who suddenly feels the enormity of their event or the change that is about to happen in their lives and it all came from seeing their details in print. At Alfies we really just love a happy ending.

We think the whoa factor is one up on the wow factor. Its the kind of amazing that makes people stop and stare and look on with envy.
Party invitations, birth announcements, personal stationery, greetings cards, moving announcements and wedding packages which can include: save the date cards, invitations, information/map inserts, rsvp cards, customised envelopes, venue signage, ceremony programs, guest signing sheets (the contemporary take on a guest book), menus, seating plans, place names, favour packaging (we have some amazing ideas for favours and the templates/recipes are coming soon), printed balloons and bunting (we send out for these to be printed), thank you cards, if there is something we haven’t mentioned… just ask.
